Audio Visual Equipment and Virtual Training: Kindly sign in (via Zoom link provided) using the same email you registered for the event 10 minutes prior to the onset of training so you have time to complete polls, receive handouts, test your equipment, etc.

The platform used is Zoom Pro. Zoom polls will be used during the workshop. We do not provide technical support so please ensure you have IT support prior and during the training so you can easily access zoom and enjoy the talk. Please ensure you use the most updated version of Zoom and your computer has been updated.

Intellectual Property: Please note that the materials in these trainings are the exclusive intellectual property of UPsilon Clinic Inc. Handouts or any other material provided as part of the training, are NOT to be published, reproduced, or shared with others who have not participated in the workshop.

No Recording: No recording including video, audio, and/or images are permitted during the workshop.

Payment Policy: Payment is in Canadian funds and due in full via e-transfer at the time of registration. Receipts will be issued immediately via email upon payment. Please carefully review our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your registration for a full refund anytime up to 7 business days prior to the date of the training. Cancellations within 7 business days but before 48 hours of the date of the training are subject to a $50 administration fee. We have a strict 48 hour cancellation policy and No refunds will be issued within 48 hours of the training date or for those who do not attend the workshop (No shows). Please note we do not issue refunds if a participant is experiencing technical difficulties. Please ensure that you have tested your equipment prior to the training and you have access to IT support during the training. Thank you for your cooperation. 

Feedback: Feedback is a critical part of us improving our workshops. We would greatly appreciate you completing the feedback form following the workshop.

Other information: Please note that we need a minimum number of participants in order to offer the workshop. If the minimum number of participants has not been reached, we will cancel the workshop and issue you a full refund. There may also be some unforeseen circumstances beyond our control that may require us to cancel the workshop. If this is the case, you will receive a full refund.
